This morning I made a mental decision to start a workout video program. This video is from BeachBody and it is called ChaLEAN Extreme. I chose this program so that I will be able to work out at any time and not have to go out in the dark to walk/run when I don't have a partner. This program has you work out with weights/bands to build muscle, "because muscle burns fat". I've started this program before last year and did it on and off for about a month but only saw minor results. Looking back I was thinking 'what if I did this as prescribed?' Hind sight is always 20/20 but this year I'm determined to see what happens in the next 30, 60, 90 days.
Chalene Johnson is the creator of this program and she was at the Beach Body Coaches Summit 2009 last March. She is a very inspiring speaker. See the photo of her and me. I hope to go this year to the Summit in April 2010 and take a follow up picture!
