A 5K on Thanksgiving Day 2011!!! I know that this may not seem like much, but this journey for me is a start in a new direction in my life. Follow me to see how this is going to be fun, frustrating, exciting, hardwork, rewarding, life changing, etc.
The greatest part about the whole thing is that I will be running with some of my co-workers and friends. (Maybe I will get them to post something on here too.)

The Dreaded Day 1 - Da Da Daaaaa
Sorry for the sound but I thought that you can just turn your speakers up a lil. I just got back from my 1 mile walk clocking in at 16:58:11. That is an awesome start and tomorrow is a new day!!!
